Ballard Station Public House’s The Sounder

Suggested glassware – Tumbler

1 1/2 ounces vodka

1/2 ounce St. Germain

1/2 ounce Sauvignon Blanc

1/2 ounce lime

1 tsp. simple syrup

Top with soda and lime wedge

Build in pint, add vodka, lime, St. Germain, simple syrup, Sauvignon Blanc and shake.  Dump in tumbler, top with soda and garnish with lime.

Bull Run Distilling Co’s Pacific Breeze

Suggested glassware – High ball glass.

2 ounces Pacific Rum (light)

3 ounces Cranberry Juice

1 ounce Pineapple Juice

1/4 ounce BG Reynolds Passion Fruit Syrup

Build in ice filled highball glass, stir and garnish with lime wedge.

Novo Fogo Caipirnha

Suggested glassware – Rocks glass.

2 ounces Novo Fogo Organic Silver (or Barrel-Aged) Cachaça

1/2 ounce lime

1.25 tbsp sugar

Remove the white pith from the lime and discard it. Cut the remaining lime in slices; toss them into the glass. Muddle them with sugar in the glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add cachaça and pour everything into a shaker. Give it a go; pour everything (including the ice) back into the same glass.
